During preliminary design meetings, residents voiced their interest in the varied architecture of their community. Artist Olivia Gude involved residents in creating bas-relief ceramic images of buildings that were significant in their lives. Covington's own gothic cathedral and its hillside "space ship" house show the surprising range of the local architecture.
