 Construction begins on plaza Millennium Artist Stephen Glassman worked with the Arts & Science Center of Southeast Arkansas and over 30 community members to design and create a permanent plaza in downtown Pine Bluff. Originally conceived as a temporary sitework, the design soon took on magnificent proportions. The above images were taken as construction got underway. All rights reserved. |
